Method
Here is what we do instead.
Not an afternoon, but a collaboration over months: creative work in the room, and a written analysis of what it produced. Five things make the difference.
How we work
Five things we do differently
-
We use play as method, not warm-up
Boring questions produce boring answers. We use creative tasks and activities, inviting new perspectives.
-
We report back to the room and nobody else
We work in small groups of equals, and we report back to the people we worked with only. Invisible structures produce visible barriers, so we make the rules of the room explicit rather than leaving people to guess them.
-
We don’t grade. We help you make your own judgement
No score, no rankings, no verdict. We mirror your own insights back to you and we interpret them together. What matters depends on what you decide should matter.
-
Play and professionalism go hand in hand
The two halves are not in tension. The creative work produces the material; the research-based analysis turns it into something you can act on.
You get a written report: the patterns we found, the tensions resulting from them, a first reading of the leadership cultures present, and recommendations you are free to act on or refuse. Then the work begins—and we stay with you along the way.
-
Modules, not a single meeting
Inspiration wears off. What we offer is a series of modules over months: sessions, analysis, and a return to see what actually changed.
You also get tools to keep evaluating it after we stop. We want you to own the practice.
